At Glitters we have a strict NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES policy. All products are made to order, therefore you assume the responsibility of your purchase. You are able to change the colour of your fabric if it has not yet been cut (please contact us directly for an update on the process of your order). All made to order/bespoke products are strictly not eligible for refund or exchange. Please note fabric may take 14-21 working days to arrive, by paying for your fabric you agree to these terms.
Should you order be damaged please provide picture evidence within 24 hours of receiving your order, please forward evidence to email@example.com
Once your glitter has been placed onto your wall, we cannot be liable for any faults or damage. Please thoroughly check your glitter before it is put on to your wall.
